Biography

Carolina is a PhD Student in Management at the Durham University Business School. She is Durham University's Ph.D. representative for the Consortium for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis (CARMA). Her research aims at better understanding and empirically testing the underlying dynamics of the identity construction processes, identity play and identity work, and how they can be utilized to develop one’s professional and leader identity. As a qualified i3 Profiling Coach, she delivers 1-on-1 feedback sessions helping individuals recognise their strengths and productive work environment.
