Biography

Elisa Adriasola, Ph. D. is a Research Professor at Universidad Diego Portales (Chile). Previously, Elisa lived in Australia for 9 years, where in parallel to her Master's and Ph.D. She worked as a Research Associate and independent consultant, as well as a professor at the Schools of Business and Psychology of the same University, addressing issues of Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Leadership and Training and Development.
