Biography

Karolina is Assistant Professor in Social and Organisational Psychology at the Department of Psychology at Durham University (UK). She received her PhD in Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilian-University Munich in 2020, and completed a 2-year postdoc with Susanne Braun and Robert Lord at the International Centre for Leadership and Followership at Durham University Business School.
