Biography

Markku is a university researcher at the Turku School of Economics (University of Turku, Finland). His research interests include topics such as organizational socialization, leadership development and social networks. His research has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and Journal of Vocational Behavior. His current research projects relate to leader development and shared leadership. Prior to his appointment at University of Turku, he was a research fellow at the Durham University Business School (UK).
