Biography

Ronald E. Riggio, Ph.D. is the Henry R. Kravis Professor of Leadership and Organizational Psychology and former Director of the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College. Riggio is a leadership scholar with more than a dozen authored or edited books and more than 150 articles/book chapters. His research interests are in leadership, organizational communication, and social competence.
