Dr. Yanjun Guan is working as a Professor in Management at Nottingham University Business School China and as an Adjunct Professor in Management at Durham University Business School. As a researcher, Dr. Guan is interested in the dynamics between career experience and leadership complexity across cultures. His work appears in "American Psychologist", "Journal of Applied Psychology", "Personnel Psychology", "Journal of Management", "Journal of Organizational Behavior", "Journal of Vocational Behavior", among others.
